Whatcha Making for Supper?

What's it smothered in?

I keep forgetting y'all up north aren't familiar with some of our yummies.

It is smothered in my green chili.

It is a southwestern standard thing.

We will also melt some velveta in the green chili and use it as a queso dip with corn chips. It really is super yummy.
The canned green chili is disgusting. Some restaurants have really gross green chili too. One place here it tastes like wet flour. 🤮
