Whatcha Making for Supper?

Tortilla pizzas, and a salad. I put chopped tomatoes, olives, onions, cheese, and Italian seasoning on tortillas than bake until crisp and melty. In case anyone asks.

I'm making 2 lasagnas for the freezer today. One of those just might go into the freezer missing a piece.

The lasagna escaped to the freezer unmolested...guess it's a salad tonight for me.

I keep forgetting y'all up north aren't familiar with some of our yummies.

It is smothered in my green chili.

It is a southwestern standard thing.

We will also melt some velveta in the green chili and use it as a queso dip with corn chips. It really is super yummy.
The canned green chili is disgusting. Some restaurants have really gross green chili too. One place here it tastes like wet flour.

It is interesting to see how region can change the diet somewhat. I've not seen a smothered burrito before.

Tonight is gonna be simple- breakfast sliders- egg, cheese and sausage on a Grands biscuit. I seem to eat breakfast for supper a lot. Oh well.

I sometimes get tired of planning the meals and all that. I want someone else to figure it out, buy it, cook it and call me for dinner.

I'm not quite certain that I want to go 'back'. We seem to have less digestive problems now that I am doing the cooking. I've actually lost weight. The Princess, that's another story.

Just remember that women who gain a little weight live longer than the men who notice!
