Been doing that years or biscuits on top .. but always use bisquck or make baking powder biscuits

I usually make my own buttermilk biscuits, but since I had baby #3 I haven't had the time lol. I am making homemade bierocks today though!

Here in Wisconsin fish fries are a regular thing in spring at all the Supper clubs, which are Wisconsin speak for a sit down general fancy restaurant. I guess this year people gotta make their own.
