we just finished easy cheesy chicken rice casserole with garlic bread. didn’t get groceries ordered early enough for pickup tonight

Last day of heat wave, finally roused myself to have a scrambled egg and sausage link on grocery bread, half a peach.

It was deeelicious, even tho they were slices stored in the fridge away from the fruit flies.
They were a gift from one of my egg customers.

yeah we just had a whole discussion on how long it’s been since we made homemade ice cream and how good that would be...... and i said i wanted some with fresh peaches!!! (we don’t have a peach tree either )

There's a peach truck that comes by and we got some from them.
We made peach ice cream. Oh you have to make a peach bourbon float. Peach ice cream. I used peach Evan Williams & 7up.
Cobbler. Sliced & froze some for smoothies.

For supper tonight I diced some red onion, peppers, black olives, & mixed with imitation crab. Made a mayo aoli with idk what all. Garlic, mustard, some other seasoning maybe some liquid smoke? Mixed it up.
Made some spiralized zucchini slaw. Quick pickled with some left over pickle juice.

Tortilla wrap, crab mix, zuch slaw. Pretty darn good
