Whatcha Making for Supper?

I INTENDED to smoke baby back ribs today. My body pointed and laughed at me when I shared my thoughts and said "Nope! Walking and moving around is gonna SUCK today because I said so!". yay. So, I improvised.

Boneless country ribs (pork shoulder), seasoned with a rub+honey+molasses, and softened up in the slow /pressure cooker, then finished on the grill (broiler carmelized the sauce to get that lovely flavor and texture). With corn and garlic bread.

Fall apart tender and absolutely delicious.

Pic was a nice touch. We should all start posting pics of the finished product. Sometimes words aren’t enough…lol.

*This is an old recipe so you probably only need two chicken breasts considering the size of the store bought ones today. Also the California veggies are frozen not canned and will need steamed a bit first. You can use any canned or even fresh vegetables you prefer just steam fresh ones first. I’ve also substituted turkey for chicken before ans it came out just fine.
