Whatcha Making for Supper?

Ooooo yum. Could you share a recipe?

Not much to it, but sure...

Left over chili in an oven proof dish. Topped with shredded cheddar cheese. Top that with Fritos. Sprinkle a bit more cheese on that (optional). Bake until everything is hot and melted. Can serve with diced onions, sour cream, guac or whatever else you like.

(There are some really fancy 'real' recipes online, but this is how I grew up eating it when Mom made it.)
