Whatcha Making for Supper?

Chili beans cooked with a little bacon, greens and cornbread. We don’t care for black eyed peas so this is our version of Hoppin John

Made some gumbo, and staying true to whatever is available in the fridge it's chicken and ham. Just what we already had and never woukd have specifically bought that bit it came out quite good

I made Italian sausage sandwiches last night and was up most of the night fighting reflux. Tonight for me it’ll be baked cod and maybe taters and veggies from the garden.
