And commercially frozen isn't much better. This is why I freeze 30 or 40 containers worth of sweet corn every year.
I’ve noticed the quality of frozen corn has gone down. I’ve been jealous of your polish delis and such that you have. Here is the big deal in the next town over.

At least I don't have to worry over supper for a few days as hubby was put in the hospital last night with atrial fibrillation taching at 200 beats a minute.

Temperature is in the 70s.
