Whatcha Making for Supper?

I still have half of the egg noodle dough left over from yesterday, so I'm thinking about making some kind of ravioli type thing. I realized that I can use my tortilla press to flatten the dough out. Just need to come up with ideas for the filling and sauce.

Edited to add:

I used the tortilla press, sqashing balls of dough flat, then made half round big ravioli filled with cheese and beans, and cooked them in homemade pasta sauce made with frozen tomatoes from last year's garden.

The raviolis were a little chewy, but tasty and filling, and there are leftovers for tomorrow night.
