Ground beef and pasta.

We had hot dogs and baked beans , main dish was lunch of roast pork loin, with candied carrots, roasted cabbage and onions, baby Yukon gold potatoes with dill, and roasted balsamic peppers, garlic, zucchini, and asparagus.

I'm cooking some ground beef now. I added a bunch of frozen tomatoes from last year's garden and will flavor it up with taco seasoning.

Then it'll go into the oven in a Pyrex baking dish with dollops of beer bread dough on top. Pics to follow...

It was pretty good! Some scoops of beer bread underneath the hamburger slop, and some on top. Taco seasoning, onion powder and red pepper flakes in the slop, paprika on top of the whole thing before it hit the 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
