What's Wrong with my Hen??

Hi all,
We have been away for several days. Now that we are back I have noticed that one of my BA hens has a strange white substance covering her face and neck. She seems to have slipped to the bottom of the "pecking order" as well. Feathers all over her body have fallen or been ripped out. Her tail is almost completely non-existent.

What is wrong with her, what should I do?? She has always had a little white stuff on her head, but now she looks like heck! See for yourself.

Looks like egg sacks of parasites. I'd say she has mites/lice and needs to be dusted. She could be molting, but that wouldn't account for the white substance.

Good Morning!
She looks like she is molting. The white is most likely new "shoots" that come in and push the old feathers out. Kind of like quills.
Hope that is all anyway! Doesnt look like bugs...

yeah.....I guess I would dust her anyway as well. Cant hurt!

I know the white isn't the "shoots" of new feathers growing in, I've seen that before. I am going to dust her...
