What's wrong with sero

So all my eggs hatched yesterday. All of them are doing well. But sero my one day old chick. He hatched yesterday but he won't open his one eye. What do I do to help sero?

It's probably got a little egg goop in the eye. Use your human lubricating eye drops and a cotton ball or Q-tip to soften the goop and wipe it off the outside of the eye. Careful to only use the cotton on the outer eye.

Then once the eye lid is freed, put a drop of lubricating drops in each eye.
