When do you cull your seasons hatch?

I'm sorry! LOL just realised cull over here means kill over there.
It seems to on this website quite often but doesn't in other communities over here. The traditional meaning over here doesn't indicate what happens to the selected individuals. I think the meaning is shifting because people want a euphemism for kill, slaughter, butcher, etc. and because many don't have enough farm contact to know about the traditional meaning.

No, we don't have chicks at the moment, not even eggs 🙄, they have all gone on strike, no doubt protesting at this abnormally wet weather.
We've consistently had 30+mm a week since January and we are usually a dry country.
We were warned of a severely dry spell late last year and now we are back in la nino.
I don't know how people who live in constant wet areas cope with livestock and gardening.
I reckon it's going to be one heck of a drought when it does eventually stop raining.
On the bright side show season is literally weeks away, my kids "think" they are taking 16 birds between them 😑
