Where to get pullets?

At tractor supply? You bought pullets from tractor supply?

Hopefully, today the EE and the OE were chest bumping, but I know from BYC that is not uncommon among hens. At ten wks there are no bright red combs, so maybe 4 pullets.

Yep. A lot do. Common place to get them here in the south.
Along with Rural King and local farmer’s coops if you have them. Or local feed stores.

Ours go on till August, just lesser deliveries.
But I think it's only specific stores in a district that get that. So if you have 8 stores, only like 3-4 in central areas are the designated ones. Something like that.

Around here there are a few people who raise hatchery chicks to various stages -- week-old, off-heat but need to be kept indoors, coop-ready, point-of-lay -- and sell them on craigslist. The price doesn't seem to go up once past coop-ready, being able to live outside seems to be the money-milestone. $20-$50 a bird. Pricing is more about breed. Young laying hens seem to command the same prices. Sometimes the families rearing pullets will drop the price on the last few to clear out space.
