Which Breed should I get?

There is a breeder about 11 minutes from me (So happy) who sells these rabbits in your opinion which one should i get...

I voted NZW's but Californians are fine too.

For a few years, we used to raise both NZW and Californians. DH mainly took care of them (I had the chickens!). They were both good meat rabbits. Other than appearance, I don't recall there being a lot of difference between them as far as behavior or meat (DH may have a different opinion but he's not here).

Why not try a few of each? Then you can see which you prefer.
