I was up over a pound today from yesterday morning. I wish I could keep myself from stepping on the scale everyday, I kinda went crazy on the baked chips last night, so maybe that explains it. Tomorrow is weigh in, so I need to be very careful, I want to be down tomorrow, I really don't want to break even. Down my usual 2 lbs would be nice, wish me luck.
Stumpy, don't get discouraged..Remember were all in this together, and I'm sure we all feel the same way. Luckily today is a new day, make sure you eat those filling foods. Drink water, it also helps you to feel full..and have a snack between meals..You can do it.

Weighed in on Friday and was down 1.4 so scale is still moving in the right direction. Now I just need to get in some exercise, hope everyone is doing well.
