My ringneck dove keeps pecking at me from in and outside his cage he never did this be for he was very loving and cuddly but now he's being really mean i need some advice or something can anybody help me I'm very nervous over the hole situation but when i check to see if he has any signs of being sick he shows none he seems perfectly healthy and im dont know if it was something i did or not p.s. i dont think it was something i did i used to play with him and cuddle he loved it i just dont know why he's pecking at me all the sudden?? :/
Is he a male ? If so he may regard you as his mate and is trying to drive you to a nest. It's what males do to their mate.
