First time chicken keeper here. I received my 7 chicks I ordered a week ago. We lost one the second day from what we figure was a starve out or stress. All the rest are thriving! All are eating, drinking, scratching, and starting to fly up on things. I recently noticed what I would describe as yellow foamy poop in the brooder. I assume it’s cecal poop or from the high protein chick starter. As a precaution I bought Corrid Incase of cocci but haven’t noticed any blood or change in behavior. They haven’t been around any other chickens or outside yet so I wouldn’t think it’s worms. Let me know what you think? Cecal poop? It’s seems to often for cecal poop.
