Hey, can anyone identified these plants and mushrooms for me?

These are all kinda blurry, I tried to get clear photos, it was windy when I was out there too so that didn't help.

I'm curious to know if any of these are good forage for chickens and ducks and guineas. Or what wyoming native plants are good forage? I really want to have more options for the chickens and ducks they free range so it's be cool to encourage growth of plants that are good here and can provide either prey or forage for them.

I at least really wanna know about the mushrooms or what ever the brown ones are, when messed with they let out a powder (spores?) of some sort through the opening on the top. One of my ducklings a few weeks ago found one and brought it to their water and tried eating it but I stopped her so she wouldn't potentially get I'll from it if it's a bad plant or mushroom.

1. Appears to be Lamb's Quarter. The young leaves are edible and have a slight lemon taste to me.
2. Looks like some type of mustard.
3.Don't know whether you are referring to the crested wheat grass or the rabbit brush behind it.
4. Some kind of mustard.

6. Can't tell from that picture.
7. Russian thistle, the real tumbleweed.
8. Some kind of mustard in front of the Rabbit brush.
9. Asters
10. Looks like Red Root Pigweed and is said to be edible.
11. Looks like Lamb's Quarter
12. Looks like some kind of mustard.
