3 week old quail very small

Hi I have a single quail about weeks old he’s very small any help

As with all or most poultry and other animals, sometimes we'll get a runt. Generally in my experience, I've had a few and they grew up fine. I get one out of every 30 or so and they either catch up later in life or just become an adult that's half the size of their siblings.

I wouldn't breed this one.
