Well, I did it. A little Robin Nest cupcake.

They look really good! Even though the meringue is flat. Do you have a recipe for the butterscotch?

Thanks! They tasted really good too. I made the merengue in 2 different batches so not sure what happened. I whisk the brown sugar, cornstarch and salt together. I whisk the milk and the yolks together really good and add to the sugar mixture and cook until thick and then add the butter and vanilla.
