I have a graveyard of rubber spatulas in my mind!I have been known to break wooden spoons when getting the dough ready for kneading!

Since I use the dough hook on the kitchenaid, I have been easier on wooden spoons! I dis snap one in December when making bread.I have a graveyard of rubber spatulas in my mind!

on Amazon....and then I purchased it. It works GREAT. When you are first mixing the dough....brings everything together. NEAT.

My youngest DD taught be a trick for getting icing into a piping bag. You put the icing on plastic wrap and roll the icing in it then pop that into the piping bag! It is Genius!
