Don't know what that is, but sounds fancy!

I just started some steak strips marinating for tomorrow's dinner. It's a sweet teriyaki marinade, and I will make broccoli, carrots, etc. to serve with it, along with some rice (or may use riced cauliflower since we're trying to cut carbs).

It is a spicy Cajun Dish. I Didn’t mean to post it here. Wrong thread. Here are a couple pics. The first didn’t turn out great and the second is from DH’s second plate.

Huh, did you know you should put soft cheeses in the freezer before shredding them? I freeze blocks of hard cheese when I want to crumble them, but never thought about mozzarella being easier to shred when frozen.
