Any Home Bakers Here?

I have a question for you all, and I hope you guys are not grossed out by this. What the heck do you use giblets for?

Livers are good battered and fried.

They boost the flavor of soups a lot so I add to chicken soup after I sautee' in butter and mash them up.

Hearts and gizzards we simmer in water and give to the pups.
