Deer Haven Lodge in the Bighorns used to serve Roadkill stew. It wasn't from actual roadkills and it was good.

They also served Splatter Platter which was spaghetti.

That would be real desperation for sure

We are not "preppers" but we do keep a good stock of food in the freezer just for a time such as this. Happy about that now.
