We started the day with a clafoutis for breakfast. EGGS, milk, fruit, flour, melted butter, vanilla... baked in a large greased pie plate for about 40 minutes at 350. Allowed to set for 5 minutes. It’s one of our favorite treats, and it uses up eggs!
