Or, start giving your age in different bases. 102 in base 5 is 27 in base 10; base 6 = 38; base 7 = 51; base 8 = 66; base 9 = 83!

I told my chiropractor a few years ago that we were the same age if I counted my age in base 15.

I told our IT guru I couldn't sleep one night, so I figured out my age in bases 2-9. He shook his head and said, "Only you, Sally. Only you."

I told him, "Yeah, you're the only person here I can tell that to, and have them know what I mean!" :gig

I got a kitchen scale so that I could weigh my chickens' eggs, and I use grams. Ever since I measured the flour for my bread in grams, the bread has turned out much more consistent. The flour is the only thing I measure that way, though. The rest is teaspoons, tablespoons, and cups.
I got a scale for the same reason and I love it for weighing my bread ingredients too! Makes it so easy and much more consistent.
