My mom gave me a San Francisco sourdough starter as gift so that’s currently bubbling away along with own. Tomorrow I’m going to try my own starter in the bread machine. Can’t wait to see how that comes out! It’s too hot to use the oven right now. I’m solar cooking this summer other than bread in the machine.

Excellent! I don't know if solar cooking would work here in Michigan. I would certainly try it if it does.

Bread machines are great for baking bread in the summer heat, that's for sure!

Folks solar cook on Mt Everest so I think you could if you get enough sun.
