I need prayers my way. Both my Grandpa and Grandma are having a memory test today to see if they have Alzheimer’s.

On a side note, I had rabbit for the first time.

I hope they don't have Alzheimer's!

I made 48 strawberry cupcakes (53 with the scrapings out of the bowl with very few to no strawberry chunks) today. I ran out of frosting, and am being paid by the cupcake anyway, so 43 will make it out of the house. The original extra 5 didn't get any frosting, and the other 5 got a little and some chopped strawberries. I just didn't have enough frosting to cover those strawberries. Something always goes wrong. (I'll add a pic or two of the finished product tomorrow)

Good morning bakers! I won't be baking, but I will be canning tomatoes today. This is the earliest I've ever had enough of my own to can!

Gotta show this one off, because it's truly a "bragging sized" tomato.

It weighs 1 pound, 4.6 ounces. I have a few more on the table that are almost as big, and several that are at least 10-12 ounces. Filling the jars should go pretty quickly!
