First time I bothered to cook a turkey on Thanksgiving. I'm stuffed.

For all I ain’t gonna say about the day ( ), my sourdough rolls kicked butt. I don’t know why I ever make them any other way.

I'm sitting down for the second time today, lol.

Someday I will make a picture perfect lemon meringue pie. Today is not that day. I said that out loud, and bless his heart, my dear hubby said that his taste buds have loved every single lemon pie I've made for him. Love that guy!

Did some holiday baking. Oatmeal cookies from a packet mix. Difference I did,, To half the mix,, I added raisins, and the remaining half, added Andes chocolate chips.

Also made some blueberry muffins. Baked cupcake size, so they are somewhat small. Still tasty the same.

I haven't made these in a long time but they are delicious. I like tart apples in them like granny smith.

FOR THE TOPPING​

• 1 1/2 c.
  all-purpose flour
• 1 c.
  packed brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp.
  kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp.
  ground cinnamon
• 1/2 c.
  (1 stick) melted butter
