Any Home Bakers Here?

Hey Jared, I looked up that knot... very interesting! Knots fascinate me, but I'm not good at tying them.

I bet I'm too far south for any aurora, plus it's grey and gloomy and freezing rain right now.

Which makes it a good day to bake something...

Oh, Jared, I wanted to ask you... what's new on the cheese making front?

Not much new on cheese making. I’ve been meaning to get back into it, though.

We've got an ice/sleet storm. The power has flickered some, and went out for a few seconds... I've got the thermostat turned up, just in case we lose it.

Last night, I "baked" a hot fudge mug cake. This picture was taken while I was forcing myself to let it cool. This might be the first time I didn't burn my mouth eating it because I actually remembered that it comes out boiling hot.
