Has anyone heard about Canning Bread? They mix a dough and place in
greased canning jars. Bake uncovered. Then Remove ,Seal. AND people
that have shared recipes and method...say it lasts l year. Just like canning
.....just wondering????

Not me, not something I would be interested in. I don't even like bread that has been frozen. Fresh bread only.
