Any Home Bakers Here?

Is it difficult on the people and animals to have fluctuations like that.
Not so much on the animals except for the Chinooks. A Chinook can raise the temp from -20°F to +20°F in an hour.

It can be difficult for people who don't wear layers to adjust from freezing to baking. Fifty degree temperature swings are not uncommon.
 
My birthday was on Monday, I made a nice classic chocolate cake with whipped cream and cherry filling.
That looks WONDERFUL!!!!!!

Well, I got some bad news. My shotgun barrel is now close to breaking and I can’t waterfowl hunt until I get a new one.
That is bad news. But being resourceful as you are, I suspect it will be remedied quickly.
