Any Home Bakers Here?

I am not doing real baking yet (still a freezer full of food), but I needed to use up the yogurt, and biscuits were the fastest thing I could think of. I added a soft banana (just one) to the dough, and I must say that it was a good idea. It tastes more like banana bread than banana muffins. It is definitely worth repeating. So, if you want to use up just one old banana, try using it in a batch of biscuits. :thumbsup
