My apprentice, sent me this link to YouTube,, So I decided to take him up on it.

Sprinkled lightly with parmesan, and Mexican cheese.

Dusted with herbs. Oregano, and Italian seasoning.

Baked @440°F for about 20 minutes. Wanted the extra moisture from sauce to somewhat evaporate. Did not want a soupy topping.

The sauce on top of the cheese reminds me of the way I make quiche, with cheese on the bottom to help with keeping moisture out of the pie crust.Looks delicious I've never seen pizza with a topping made like this before, it looks great too
