Baby chick with broke or dislocated leg! HELP

My two day old baby chick has a broken or dislocated leg. She won't eat or drink on her own I have to feed and water her she was more active last night but not so active this morning when I went out. She takes a drink and then closes her eyes.

Do you think she injured it, or do you think it may be a leg bone deformity from hatch? Is the leg or hock swollen? Give her chick vitamins with electrolytes by dropper or syringe if you can't get her to drink by dipping her beak into water. How far away from her is the lamp? Brooder lamps should be at least 18 inches or farther away, with a small thermometer to make sure the temperature is not too hot. Too much heat can cause pasty butt and dehydration. The brooder lamp can be raised to lower the temperature.
