I recently got chicks from TSC and one of them is a Hampbar pullet. Well once i got home I cleaned up the chicks vent area because it had a big/thick chunk of poop stuck to it's skin over the vent area/the vent itself. As I was cleaning it I noticed the area that was swollen and purple looking. Also when the chick poops the poop is mostly a clear liquid with some light green/little bit of white and a few tiny little black dot looking things in it. Not sure what is going on with the chick or what to do if there's anything I can do.
Please help.

It looks like it might be mushy chick disease. I linked a great article here. For treatment says to seperate the chick from the others so the bacteria doesn't spread. You could put a mesh divider between her and the rest of the chicks so she can still see them. Keep the litter clean, and apply iodine multiple times a day. Put "save a chick" in the water and make sure chick is eating.

@Wyorp Rock @Eggcessive @azygous tagging some experts, the article doesn't mention antibiotics,. I would think a bacterial injection would benefit, but I'm not sure what the dose would be.

I have never had a chick with mushy chick disease (also known as omphalitis,) but that does look like it with the swollen belly and bluish skin tint. I would dab some Betadine or chlorhexidene on the navel to disinfect it. If it is mushy chick, they normally don’t live.
