Hello all! My name is Kelsie. My boyfriend and I just bought a house with a little bit of land, which already had chicken coops set up! At closing our mortgage originator surprised us with 5 baby chicks! Two are bantams and the others were rhode island reds? Not too sure. We've had them now for 3 months, so I'm excited to learn about caring for them! We also have a rooster given to us by a friend who lives where roosters are not allowed. We plan to add more soon as well as another friend wants to get rid of their flock.
