Egg turner was off on Nurture right. Do I worry yet?

Day 4 I suspected egg turner was not working, tested and motor works. This morning eggs were in same position as last night. I rotated via test. At 4:30 eggs in exact same position. Rotated via test x3, set timer, nothing after 1 hr. Noticed turner light is OFF. I checked and it was on day 18!! I reset for day five and egg turner light is now on.
Maybe 36-48 hours went by with little turning. Am I ok?
I will candle Friday afternoon-if there’s an issue what may I see?

Candling: you will probably see either normal development, or no development (infertile egg.) To know if the turner caused issues, candle again several days later, and see if they have grown (alive and probably healthy) or not grown (dead chicks do not grow.)

I would expect most or all of them to be fine. If they are okay, you won't know that for SURE until they have finished hatching, so you've got a bit of wait there.

On that topic,
Can anyone tell me if the Nurture 360 incubator rotates the eggs continually or periodically? My light is on and I have marked the eggs but I don't know if it is working or not! ARGH!!!! It would be helpful if the manufacturer made a note in the instructions for people like me.

You may already have figured this out, but the NR360 counts down days to hatch from 21. The turner automatically turns off at 3 days until hatch.
Edit--...and stays off until you reset the machine.

They should be fine. I've read somewhere that turning eggs is critical from day 5 to day 14.

Yep- I had it set wrong after I tested it before setting eggs.
I had 19 in lockdown. 1 was a nonstarter. 10 pipped, 6 hatched and all 6 are alive at 2 months. Shrink wrapping was the cause of failure for most. I was heartbroken. Humidity at 25-30% for Marans was great- all but 1 egg hatched. The SFH and Cream Legbar- intolerant of dry incubation method.

Of the 6 left 5 are Marans (2 male) and #6 a Swedish Flower that I thought was a pullet. I named her Ivory but it’s an Ivan. He picks fights with the 2 Marans males so he will have to go.

Oh—my Blue Copper Marans hen decided to go broody- she’s on a mix of fake eggs and 3 fertile eggs from a Bielefelder over EE hen mix. I want to see how she does as a mother.
