The pups on our way home from the park this morning. This was the second day in a row they went after being home with just evening walks for 2 weeks. Very happy dogs!

The old girl and the baby playing. They were a blur in person too.

Abby is a year old today.

Nope but they took a nap all afternoon and I got stuff done!

I went out to give the chickens fresh water and check feeders and this girl was going through the pop door into the mini coop. I found 2 eggs in the bin I have in there

I went and got my chair and sat down next to the mini coop and the chicks came out to play. This boy is going to be pretty! He's really sweet to the little ones, one of the Dorking chicks hangs out with him a lot.

The pullet is really determined to get in there and lay. She kept going around the back of the coop to sneak in another way, then back to the big coop and into a nest, then coming back to try yet again

This girl came to see what all the ruckus was about. She's second only to the fluffy butted girl behind her there

The littles started winding down after some crumble for a treat and whatever else they found

I put the them in their coop and left the grumpy girl squawking at me in the coop as I left

I changed out the hay in the nest boxes a bit ago before I locked up. The farmer down the road that has a subscription to some farmer's weather thing, said to get ready for some heavy rain tonight.

I changed out the hay in the nest boxes a bit ago before I locked up. The farmer down the road that has a subscription to some farmer's weather thing, said to get ready for some heavy rain tonight.

I battened down the screens on the mini coop and made sure my trash can is empty and put away, I'm ready when it gets here.
