There's plenty of time to fix it. They are still green and aren't even ripe to pick yet, but I'll let you know later when they get to where they need to be. It look's like those tree's are going to be pretty full again this year.

I love orange chicken but I don't like it breaded much. Do you bread it or just use the meat?

@igorsMistress There are recipes for it online that you marinade them and then grill them. No breading needed.

I never used a recipe for mine, I just add a can of Mandarin Oranges, Soy Sauce, minced hot peppers, Minced Garlic, grated ginger, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Sesame Oil, and chinese five spice. I do not measure anything i just wing it. Not sure if that counts as Orange chicken since I haven't even looked at a recipe to compare what I do to it. My breading (not needed) is Orange Pepper, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper and Cornstarch.
