Coming from polish chickens that were hatched in March…what am I dealing with?

Intestinal lining, I believe. Does look a wee bit red, I'll wait for someone experienced to let you know for sure.
Get them started on Corid for 5 days. After 5 days worm them with Valbazen 1/2ml orally individually. Repeat w/ Valbazen again in 10 days.
