HELP - Sick hen (weird fleshy poo, lash egg, salpingitis? - with pictures!)

Hello!

We have a 2 year old hen who lives together with 2 other hens (same age). She had some poop hanging on her feathers so we gave her a bath. Half an hour after the bath, she pooped out this weird fleshy thing (see photos). After dissecting it and searching for it online, we think it might have something to do with lash eggs and salpingitis. She still walks around and eats, but her tummy is swollen and she is a bit under the weather. Since then, I give her regular baths and massage her tummy, hoping it would help. The vets in our neighbourhood aren't specialised in poultry, hence I'm looking for info online. I've read that antibiotics can help if salpingitis is detected in an early stage. So my questions are:
- What do you think this is? Could it be salpingitis?
- If salpingitis, what are the antibiotics called for treating salpingitis?
- If not salpingitis, which general chicken antibiotic can I give her?

@Louis93 , if one of my hens passed that I would probably start them on Baytril. Can you take her to a vet?

Definitely looks like a lash egg to me. I am not entirely sure on the differences between Egg Yolk Peritonitis and Salpingitis but it sounds like they're pretty similar. You could try getting her on antibiotics like Linco-Spectin or as a last resort if her condition gets bad you can use Suprelorin or Delvosteron to stop her from laying eggs anymore, which helps for EYP - not sure about salpingitis though.

Whatever happened to your hen? Just trying to get as much info on Salpingitis as I can.
