Help with newly hatched chick!!!!

Is this yolk that’s didn’t get absorbed?? This chick hatched about 8 hours ago. It was the last to hatch by a good 12hrs. What can I do to help it?? It’s still in the incubator.

Yep, that's some unabsorbed yolk. It may, or may not finish absorbing it though.
