I have a mixed flock, but this one’s unique?

That is such cool feathering (and I believe it's a little cockerel)! Is it one you hatched from your own flock. If so....what other breeds do you have? Right now (with the mini muffs and the gray legs) I would say EE. We have a couple Easter Eggers w/ the white and splash feathering. But that is just the coolest where the head is concerned.

I have no idea what's in it's mixture, but it definitely is unique in it's coloring.

I have such a mix… Buff Orpington, white leghorn, ayam cemani, several others. we just added colored egg layers so this one shouldn’t have been one of those as we just started getting colored eggs.
We have laughing chicken eggs in incubator now from eBay. We’ll see if those hatch.

Yes, it’s one I have hatched myself from my flock. I have a buff Orpington mixed Roo and a Mother other rooster that has like black and orange feathering? I don’t know much about chicken breeds we picked up several breeds from rural kings a few years ago. So they are all mixed decendants of those

What in the world? That might be the most unique pattern I've seen in a chicken. I wonder if she has vitiligo. She appears to be part Easter Egger. @Overo Mare look!!

What a lovely bird! Since you have such a mix of breeds and sounds like maybe a few generations, it can be hard to tell. This one though looks like it is expressing dominant white and the only one of the breeds that you mention that has these genetics are the Leghorns. So definitely some Leghorn going on in this one, other breeds is anybody’s guess.

I'm honestly not sure this is dominant white. Wouldn't dominant white neutralize just the black? Meaning this chicken without dominant white would be all black with a brown head? This seems very strange to me.

Can you take some more pictures of her? She appears to be an Easter egger or Easter egger mix, but I have no explanation for that coloring! A typical splash or dominant white chicken wouldn’t have that much black isolated in the neck feathers.
