You could have her trespassed, and/or a restraining order. You have video documentation, several false reports. This should be a slam dunk. You can report the baiting, but without evidence, it is not admissible, but I would still have it documented for future reference, along with the threat of taking your animals. She sounds a little unhinged, so I would suggest both. This will give you the ability to press charges if she comes on your property, contacts you or harasses you in anyway. I would discuss it with the reporting officer. Laws differ from state to state. Just a suggestion, officers are more inclined to listen when you are polite and not dramatic. He/She may refer you to a civil suit. I hope it works out for you!!
