Twisted leg

Hi everyone, I’ve tried niacin, and brewers yeast. Along with warm baths four times a day. But his leg is getting worse. Has anyone ever seen anything like this and will he live a healthy life if only his one leg works? Also is there anything else I can be doing for him?

That looks like a deformity of the hock so I’m not sure anything can be done except to get him a prosthetic, basically he’ll have a little peg leg he’ll be able to get around on, but he’ll always be a special needs goose.
