What breed is this?

I’ve been on here a while ago but family situations caused me to quit with chickens for a bit. Finally back to it. Got some chicks & was told the 3 were barred rock & all female. The one in question, I’m not sure if that’s what barred rock chickens look like & also, looks like a roo to me. Anyone have any input? Doesn’t look like my other 2 barred rock hens.
