They are not jumbo eggs.
Here are the eggs as we found them today. The two good ones were in the run. The broken shell was found in the coop. We know for sure one of our Leghorns laid one, as she had a messy backside. We think one of our Australorps laid the other. We observed them both crouched together in the run prior to finding the eggs. Not sure who laid the one in the coop...
Eggs cleaned up.
They are not jumbo eggs.
These will wait in the fridge so my kids can see them when they get home.
