Don't waste your money
Pros: Could be fine if you live in a place with no winters (temps below 30 degrees).
Cons: Fell apart the first year. Second year the nesting box fell off. Third year the other nesting box was falling off, so I propped it up with wood. Fourth year it was completely useless.
Everything has warped on this almost-cardboard box. My husband was meticulous about screwing the coop together. He made sure he did it as best he could so the wood would not crack and split. He worked very hard (6 hours) to level the ground beforehand. Panels were falling off in the first year.

Pros: Nice outdoor coop in general
Cons: Poor ventilation, not enough space, flimsy
So basically this coop needs a little work. It's okay if you're in the suburbs and have like 2 or 3 chickens, because this coop canNOT fit 15 chickens! There is barely enough space for 7! The sliding tray is easy to clean, though. However, the coop has poor ventilation so if you have harsh weather around where you live don't get this. It's really flimsy so predators can get in, too.

Certainly not made for 15 standard size chickens maybe bantams or something to that nature but no way 15 BO chicken would fit in there comfortably

I'm looking at this coop but I can't find the dimensions of just the wooden enclosure so I can't correctly determine how many chickens actually fit inside. The box now says 18. I'm looking for a home for 7 chickens. Does anyone have this coop and know the dimensions of the house part?

I have this exact coop, purchased from Tractor Supply Co. It's pretty great! The roof isn't that great, I had to re-shingle it since water got through and caused some mildew in places. I also wanted it to be my "barn" so waterproof, and a place for the hens to stay in for bad weather so I purchased corrugated plastic and covered nearly all the screens. I left a wide slit on the north side and made some panels open from the bottom like an awning. It keeps rain out and lets air in. It's been wonderful so far.
Also beefed up the structure since it was already put together at the store and we hauled it home on a trailer. Also put it up on treated 6x6's and added 4 anchors in case of high winds. We get them all year.
I added some extra ventilation on the eaves and covered with screen. The North panel I can cover in winter and still have airflow at the roofline... important for moisture control I hear. I haven't been through a winter yet so looking forward to it. Nice coop. Got mine half price since it had been blown over, a little bent and sat out for a few years. It's better than ever, now!

I can measure when I get home if you're still interested. I think offhand it's 36" by 48" or so. I have 7 chickens, and so far they all roost in the open part but with colder weather will probably move inside.

I also have a large run connected by a wooden tunnel and they get to free-range almost every day. No way would I want to keep them penned up in the coop.
