2 of 4 chicks gasping Help!

What is the warmer side temperature? They should have about 80 degrees in the warmest spot, and a cooler side less than 75. Decrease by 5 degrees each week. How far away is the heat lamp? Being too warm can cause gasping. Is there any pasty butt problems? Respiratory problems may cause bubbles in one eye, gasping, sneezing, or nasal drainage.
Its around 80-82 degrees. I have turned it down since your last comment and its about 80. The heat lamp is maybe 4 feet high and they're ground level. They also get outside of the brooder daily in a room around 70 degrees probably for an hour, the two who are gasping come outside the most, while the others stay inside their brooder. they have been sneezing a little bit. No draniage or bubbles though. The SS did have pasty butt a few times around 2 weeks old but we managed it and she hasn't gotten it since then.
EDIT: Took them outside today at 72° and the wyandotte started gasping as well, but just once.
